POLICY IN RESPECT TO COVID-19
Our community has been through a lot over the past few months and everyone is looking forward to resuming a somewhat normal routine for our families. While things may have changed in many businesses, schools and home life, Cameron Acupuncture continues our commitment for your safety and well-being.
Infection control has always been our top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your appointment at our office. We will continue to clean and sanitize between each patient to keep you safe and comfortable.
Cameron Acupuncture will continue to follow infection control recommendations made by Tennessee Department of Health, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Healthy Administration (OSHA). We will continue to follow Governor Lee’s Executive Order as well as Montgomery County Mayor and officials.
To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the potential risk of exposure to our patients and practitioner, we are conducting a simple screening questionnaire. Your participation is critically important that everyone coming in for treatment is healthy and symptom free. Please review and complete the pre-screening form upon arrival. The screening protocol outlined below is based on the following:
· A review of screening protocols from multiple agencies
· Recommended by the CDC
· A literature review of the most common signs and symptoms of COVID-19
You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and acupuncturist.
Patients are asked to arrive on time for their appointment or wait in their vehicle instead of coming into the waiting room.
Practitioner will take your temperature prior to entering the treatment room.
Patients are asked to come alone to their visit unless a minor or an individual that needs mobile assistance.
We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office.
Patients and guardians are asked to wear a cloth mask or surgical mask during their visit or a mask is provided to them if they do not have one.
